Ravindra Nath

Author of Living with the Eternal Truth

Sri Ravindra Nath is the eldest son of the revered Master, Mahatma Radha Mohan Lal Ji, often referred to as Guruji or Bhai Sahib, whose Western disciples, Mrs. Irina Tweedie and Lilian Silburn, have spread the message of their guru’s Love in Europe and the U.S.A. Bhai Sahib’s father, Chacha Ji Maharaj, was himself a Sufi saint of great repute. Sri Ravindra Nath was raised in the loving hands of these towering personalities. Like his grandfather and father, he is a music lover and tabla player. Not only is he a talented musician, but in his younger days he was a professional cricketer and chess player. He also obtained a degree in history, and he worked as a senior bank executive until the age of fifty-eight.

Thus born into a family of saints, Sri Ravindra was endowed with the attributes of love and non-attachment which he inherited from his father, grandfather and uncle. He received initiation in the path from Mahatma Abdul Ghani Khan of Bhogaon—a Sufi saint of the highest order. He was given full authority and permission (Izazat) to teach, and was ordained as a guru (Master) at the annual Basant Bhandara held in 1964 at the Samadhi of his grandfather.

Since his retirement from service in 1990, he has devoted himself whole-heartedly to the cause of the Path. His life is an example of love, dedication and service. His aim now is to spread the message of his Guru Maharaj, to create awareness for the Path, and to awaken people to the realities of life by igniting the Fire of Love in their hearts … so that all may realize their True Self.

He was a humble man, working from his home so that people would not glamorize him as a guru.

Sri Ravindra Nath’s simple message to everyone was—If you want to love Almighty God, love his creation. Love is the universal and original language of this universe. He not only preached this but practiced this throughout his life.

On August 30, 2016, Sri Ravindra entered into Samadhi almost fifty years after his father, Saint Mahatma Radha Mohan Lal Ji, entered his Samadhi on July 21st 1966.
